The journey is quite convenient and times are approximately two to three hours.
Travelling time to Bournemouth from Heathrow or Gatwick is about 1.5 hours or 2 hours by car. A taxi from Heathrow or Gatwick to Bournemouth is likely to be very expensive. We recommend that you use the bus or train.
Other London Airports
There are airports at London Luton, London Stanstead and London City, which low cost airlines fly into. These offer good value, and travel to Bournemouth from these airports is possible by rail through London, but journey times are likely to be quite long.
